1 Service operator
Costa Iberica Social Insights, the Service, is operated by Costa Iberica Real Estate SL, CIF B56813819, C/ Ramón Gallud 78B, 03181 Torrevieja, Alicante, Spain. Contact: office@costaiberica.com. The Service is a private social-media analytics dashboard for internal use. It is not a consumer product, is not offered for sale or subscription, and has no public registration.
2 Permitted use and authorised users
Access is limited to people expressly authorised by the company. Each user must have an account created by the company and an administrative role. Users may use the Service only to view and analyse social accounts owned by or lawfully managed by Costa Iberica Real Estate SL. Users must not share credentials, seek data belonging to another organisation, bypass security controls or use the Service in breach of a connected platform’s terms.
3 Third-party platforms
The Service reads data from Meta — Instagram and Facebook —, YouTube and TikTok through their official authorisation mechanisms. The TikTok and YouTube integrations are read-only: they do not publish, upload, comment or send messages on the user’s behalf. Connecting an account requires authorisation from its holder and may be revoked through the platform. Each platform remains governed by its own terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Costa Iberica Real Estate SL does not control whether a platform changes, restricts or stops providing data.
4 Availability
The Service is provided as available, without guaranteed uninterrupted operation or a service-level commitment. It depends on external platforms and providers, and data collection may be delayed, incomplete or interrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Service when necessary.
5 Intellectual property
The Service’s own code, design and content belong to Costa Iberica Real Estate SL or are used under licence. These terms transfer no rights. Data obtained from a connected platform remains subject to the rights of that platform and the account holder; the Service stores and displays it only for the stated purpose.
6 Liability
Figures originate from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. The Service is a supporting tool and must not be the sole basis for a commercial, financial or legal decision. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Costa Iberica Real Estate SL is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost opportunity arising from use of displayed data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7 Suspension, termination and disconnection
Costa Iberica Real Estate SL may withdraw a user’s access if authorisation ends or these terms are breached. The holder of a connected account may revoke access through the platform or request disconnection. No new data is collected after disconnection. Previously stored data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
8 Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by the Costa Iberica Social Insights Privacy Policy and applicable law. Authorised users must preserve confidentiality and promptly report any incident or unauthorised access.
9 Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable mandatory procedural rules, without limiting rights that cannot be restricted by contract.
10 Changes and contact
